Daily Announcements: Wed, March 29 WEEK 29 DAY 119

Today is the seventh day of MP 3, which ends in 22 school days.

Announcement #1: Today is career day for all students during periods 4 and 5. Most students will be going to their normal regular period 4 and 5 classes for career day. However, if you have physical education periods 4 or 5 you will be going to a different classroom. There will be signs on doors indicating where you should go.

Announcement #2: Lunch and Learn today is English, math, and science.

Announcement #3: Attention all students who made the honor roll in MP 1: We will be going bowling and having pizza in Times Square on Tuesday, April 10. Permission slips are being given out today by Mr. Patterson at the start of lunch in Room 704 or you can take one from the Honor Roll bulletin board. The permission slips are due back on tomorrow to Mr. Patterson at lunch.

Announcement #4: The Gay-Straight Alliance meets in Room 733, the Gramercy Book Club meets in the Black Box, the Portrait Club meets with Ms. Weltman in 745.

Announcement #5: Homework Helper is after school today in Room 749. Come and get your work done before spring break and grab a snack. That’s Homework Helper in Room 749 today after school.

Announcement #6: Return your completed parent school surveys to the main office, and get added to the raffle for a special prize.

Announcement #7: Attention all juniors: Today during period 7 there is a mandatory CUNY information session. Go to your period 7 class to have your attendance taken, then come down to the auditorium.

Announcement #8: The spring musical HAIR is looking for crew members! If you are interested in committing to SOUND, LIGHTING, COSTUMES, or STAGE CREW for the show, there will be an information session tomorrow in the black box! To inquire, see Ms. Mabrie in the black box during lunch.

Announcement #9: Summer Youth Applications are due by tomorrow. If you are supposed to turn in a paper application to Ms. Beck, turn it in with all materials by tomorrow.
