Announcement #1: Lunch and Learn today is English, science, social studies, and art.

Announcement #2: Tonight is the night—the SGO’s Spring Dance Luau! Come out tonight at 6 pm and get your hyped hula and your phonomenal pineapple passion on! Doors for entry will close tonight at 7:45 pm. If you would like to bring guests tonight, you must have a signed permission slip from Ms. Rodríguez, and your guest must present a school ID at the door tonight. The cost of the dance is $3 if you buy a ticket at lunch today, and $5 if you buy a ticket at the door tonight.

Announcement #3: Attention juniors: there are a limited number of SAT fee waivers available to be used through the August SAT test. If you are interested in getting one of these waivers, please sign up on Ms. Polo’s door by the end of the day today.

Announcement #4: The Anime and Manga Club meets with Mr. Kim in Room 701, the Chess Club meets with Mr. Brown in Room 715.

Announcement #5: National Honor Society applications for invited sophomores and juniors are due in one week, by next Friday at the end of the day. Late documents will not be accepted so make sure you give the green recommendation forms to your teachers today.

Announcement #6: Attention all Cleary Mentees, meet at the large apple statue in front of Citi Field this Sunday at 12:45 to get your Mets baseball ticket.

Announcement #7: Attention seniors: the senior trip is Wednesday, May 30, to Six Flags Great Adventure. Please sign up and get a permission slip outside Mr. Patterson’s office by tomorrow if you are going on the senior trip. The cost is $100, due by next Friday.

Announcement #8: All Ms. Weltman’s Visual Arts seniors who are going to the New Museum’s Triennial exhibition, 1 pm, Ms Weltman

Announcement #9: Monday is Student Voter Registration day. If you will be 18 by this November, on Monday you can register to vote. Mr. Ali will have a table where you can register before school and at lunch.

Announcement #10: A shout out to Mr.Ashkenazi’s 5th Period class for analyzing the announcement teams tone and mood everyday ! Great job you guys and keep it up!
