Announcement #1: Lunch and Learn today is english, math, and science.

Announcement #2: The SGO Valentine’s Day Flower Grams are on sale today during lunch. Send a message and a flower to a special someone for Valentine’s Day, which is Wednesday. The Flower Grams are just $1 each. They’ll be distributed tomorrow, on Valentine’s Day.

Announcement #3: SGO will be holding two auditions for our annual Talent Show. Auditions are today and Thursday. Sign up on the sheets on Ms. Rodriguez’s door.

Announcement #4: Tomorrow is Study and Homework Helper after school at 2:45 in Ms. Montanino’s room-Room 749. Come with your friends to get work done, get some snacks, and pick up some cool emoji stickers from Ms. Montanino. Again, Homework Helper is tomorrow in Room 749 after school.

Announcement #5: The SGO meets in Room 721 with Ms. Rodríguez, and Yoga meets with Ms. Akingba and Ms. Carr in the dance room-1148.

Announcement #6: Seniors, Ms. Polo sent you a new list of college scholarships with deadlines in March. Check your email for the scholarship list.

Announcement #7: Today is the February SLT meeting at 4:30 pm.

Announcement #8: This Thursday is the Black History Month performance in the auditorium periods 7 and 8.

Announcement #9: All students who are performing in the Black History Month show should report to the auditorium tomorrow at the beginning of 7th period.

Announcement #10: On Saturday and Sunday, February 24 and 25, there will be a Fan Faire creative arts/comic con festival at at the High School of Arts and Design, which is located at 56th Street and Second Ave. See Mr. Patterson for more information.

Announcement #11: Rehearsal for HAIR is today at 4 on the 11th floor! Don’t be late!

Announcement #12: Ms. Mabrie shouts out her Period 4, Acting 2 students. Your passion for using theatre as a platform for change is so incredible! Ms. Mabrie felt so inspired by your strategic and creative ideas for devising theatre. Keep up the good work! Ms. del Nido shouts out all of the students getting ready to perform in the Black History Month Show on Thursday! And a special shout out to Max Hiigli for creating an original film for the show!
