The last four years at Gramercy Arts High School has deepened my respect for the role of the arts in supporting adolescent development. Having started my teaching career as a Special Education teacher, I have a deep commitment to the value of creating successful pathways for all learners. For several years, prior to teaching, I designed social and recreational programs for youth with exceptionalities. This left me with a vision for educational institutions as vessels for social development. When not at Gramercy Arts H.S. I’m likely enjoying some time with my wife, Stacey, and two young sons, Nash and Gavin.
